Dear Row New York community,

It’s been a great year and we could not have done it without each and every one of you.

To our students, who wake up early, earn blisters, study hard, push themselves to be their best and show us the true meaning of resilience, thank you.

To our one of a kind coaches and staff, who listen and mentor our students, create a positive environment, and have dedicated their professional careers to something they truly believe in, thank you.

To the adults that come together to hold us up — masters rowers, volunteers, parents, Learn-to-Rower’s, Young Executives Board, Advisory Board, Board of Directors, social media fans, speakers, donors, and mentors — you are incredible. You’re unwavering support, brilliant ideas, comedic relief, words of encouragement, and belief in this organization is priceless. Thank you.

To our adaptive athletes, (who by the way had one their most successful seasons in Row New York history), thank you for choosing Row New York as your home and trusting us on and off the water. Your passion for rowing and competitive spirit will always inspire us.

To our alumni — from the most recent to the very original Row New Yorkers — we are forever grateful for your life updates, to hear your challenges and successes, and when you swing by the office to simply say “hi.” Whenever you join our masters team, workshops, or our Facebook group, we are constantly reminded of how wonderfully big and diverse this Row New York family is. Thank you.

And to Amanda Kraus, our Founder and Executive Director, thank you because none of this would have been possible without you.

And lastly, but certainly not the least, to the company’s, fellow nonprofits, and organizations who shared their time, expertise, a teaching moment with our kids, or highlighted our programs through their networks, we thank you for your partnership and supporting a cause we strongly believe in.

With gratitude, happy Thanksgiving!

— Row New York
