The Novice Eight won the entire Club eight category on Saturday, becoming Row New York’s first Novice Eight State Championship!
The Varsity Four, entered in the Junior Four event, will race today in the Grand Final. The Four came in second in their semi-final.
Sophomore Sophia Mitropoulos qualified for her semi-final yesterday, but was injured at the tail-end of her race. She is doing OK this morning, but it remains to be seen whether she will be racing today.
Thus far, this has been Row New York’s strongest finish in its history. We look forward to seeing how things go today!
