Row New York thanks Concept2 for their post-Hurricane Sandy partnership with our organization. Storm cleanup involves repairing many of the erg machines damaged at our Meadow Lake boathouse when a storage unit flooded. Ergs are intricate devices, and after flooding there are numerous ways they can require servicing. This process has costs, but Concept2 helped us cut those costs in half with a 50% discount.

Director of Programs Jennie Trayes commented, “Row New York is always happy to work with Concept2. They’ve been longtime vendors of our organization. We’re consistently impressed by their professionalism and flexibility. As Programs Director, I’m very pleased to have their assistance in executing our mission.”

Row New York purchased monitors, flywheels, and various other parts to bring our erg collection closer to its former strength. With our winter training season approaching, getting parts for the 20 ergs that needed repairs was essential. We are glad Concept2 was our partner in this key effort.

Repairing erg machines is expensive, however, even with a great relationship like the one we have with Concept2.
