All of us can use a bit of sprucing up every now and then – a new haircut, new threads, maybe dig out the mountain bike (or erg) that has been gathering dust in the closet – and Row New York is no exception. In this spirit, we are pleased to roll out and share our new brand identity.

As we began our exploration, we were looking for a more contemporary look, but not necessarily a total overhaul. With this in mind, we kept what worked for us with our old logo, but aimed for a cleaner and more stylized interpretation. In addition, as we moved forward in the design process, our student-athletes were always foremost in our mind – that meant ensuring we maintain a feeling of accessibility and inclusiveness.

The outward expression of how we present ourselves may be changing, but the essence of who we are, and what we stand for, is not. Throughout our community, we continue to hold near and dear our core values: inclusiveness; discipline; determination; and a strong sense of can-do teamwork.
