Row New York’s core year-round program for youth combines rowing with comprehensive academic support, and prepares middle school and high school girls and boys for success both on and off the water.

For 7th and 8th graders, at our Queens and Manhattan locations.

We also offer the following programs to get young people moving, and to help them enjoy the mental, physical, and social benefits of rowing:

SUMMER CAMPS
No experience necessary! Rowing camp is a great way to spend time outdoors, discover an exciting new sport, and make friends, all in a beautiful setting.

Fees from our summer camps help support Row New York’s mission-based programs. By signing up for our camps your fee helps support our free rowing programs for youth and people with disabilities.

YOUTH INDOOR ROWING
Row New York works with public schools and with juvenile detention centers to introduce the sport of rowing to young people throughout the city.

SCHOOL DAY ADAPTIVE
This program provides 16 weeks of land-based and on-water rowing activities to middle school students with disabilities.
