Row New York’s core year-round program for youth combines rowing with comprehensive academic support, and prepares middle school and high school girls and boys for success both on and off the water. Current participants register here:

MIDDLE SCHOOL (PREP) ROWING
For 7th and 8th graders, at our Queens and Manhattan locations.

HIGH SCHOOL (ERA) ROWING
For 9th to 12th graders, at our QueensManhattan, and Brooklyn locations.

We also offer the following programs to get young people moving, and to help them enjoy the mental, physical, and social benefits of rowing:

SUMMER CAMPS
No experience necessary!  Rowing camp is a great way to spend time outdoors, discover an exciting new sport, and make friends, all in a beautiful setting.

YOUTH INDOOR ROWING
Row New York works with public schools and with juvenile detention centers to introduce the sport of rowing to young people throughout the city.

SCHOOL-DAY PARA-ROWING
This program provides 16 weeks of land-based and on-water rowing activities to middle school students with disabilities.
