Our winter training program is open to adults of any athletic skill level. Whether you’ve been rowing for years, are looking for a different way to amp up your cardio, we welcome anyone interested in working out in a fun, challenging, team environment!

Classes are run by professional rowing coaches with extensive background in the sport. We focus on improving technical proficiency on indoor rowing machines while also increasing fitness, flexibility, and strength through rowing, bodyweight circuits, core routines, and stretching.

Participants have access to boathouse showers and parking on Dyckman Street and 10th Avenue near PS5.

— Morning sessions: 6:30am – 7:30am, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
