Competitive Para-Rowing Program

Row New York’s comprehensive Para-Rowing Program is for experienced athletes with physical disabilities who can commit to setting and achieving training goals, and for those who wish to represent Row New York at competitions such as the C.R.A.S.H. – B Championships, Royal Canadian Henley Regatta, Bayada Regatta, Head of the Charles Regatta, and Paralympic Rowing Trials.

The competitive para-rowing team trains on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 7:00- 9:00 pm. All practices take place at our World’s Fair Boathouse.  Athletes who take Access-a-Ride should request “Parks–the Boathouse at Flushing Meadows”.

Competitive Inclusion Rowing Program

Row New York’s comprehensive Inclusion Rowing Program is for experienced athletes with cognitive disabilities who can commit to setting and achieving training goals, and for those who wish to represent Row New York at competitions such as the C.R.A.S.H. – B Championships and the Bayada Regatta.

The Competitive Inclusion Rowing team trains on Saturday afternoons 3:30-5:00 pm. All practices take place at our World’s Fair Boathouse. Athletes who take Access-a-Ride should request “Parks–the Boathouse at Flushing Meadows”.
