Our last race of the fall season, the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta, was full of beautiful weather and represented by all of Row New York: youth, adaptive, and masters. We had top notch results across the board and the race served as great regatta exposure for our Queens Novice rowers.

The Row New York community programs put up an amazing performance! Pulling in a collective 5 medals (2 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze!!) the masters and adaptive rowers closed out the season with the most successful regatta in the history of the programs! Medaling boats included a Women’s 4+ with gold, Adaptive T/A single with gold (won by 3 minutes and 15 seconds!), Men’s 8+ with silver, Men’s 4x with silver, and Mixed 4x with bronze!
We congratulate all of our outstanding rowers and coaches who made this weekend so fun and successful! Next up? The Queens and Manhattan teams will have an inter-squad scrimmage next weekend before ultimately shifting gears towards indoor winter training.
