RNY’s trip to the BAYADA REGATTA proved to be a huge success this past Saturday! Each of our competitive para-rowers, Maria Bournias, Margaret Rajnic, and Matt Turner, excelled against the competition with medaled performances. They represented RNY with professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm – true champions, both on and off the water!
Congratulations to them and to our coaches Nico Stalmach and Carol Quijada, whose expertise and months of coaching paid huge dividends for our athletes.
This success only builds upon the solid foundation of RNY’s competitive para-rowing team. We can’t wait for our rowers to continue learning and practicing, becoming even faster and stronger for the next race!
