I’m happy to report that the boathouse renovation seems to be moving forward. We have a roof! Instead of asking for an official update on the renovation from Parks I decided to go straight to the source and stop by and ask the guys working on the building how it was going. They said, “Great, we’re ahead of schedule!” I thought they were kidding. When is a construction project AHEAD of schedule? Bottom line, we’re so, so, so excited to be back in our old home next spring (well, old NEW home)!
